Passive House Retrofit, Vermont
Partel recently consulted and worked with Montpelier Construction in Vermont. The project involved a weatherization energy retrofit including Roxul insulation and the suite of Partel Airtight products including Vara Plus - smart vapour control membrane and Conizo - flexible multipurpose tape, for a low energy house.
Net Zero Passive House, New York
In 2018 Partel consulted and worked with Richard Pedranti Architect in New York. This project involved the building of a passive house, that meets all the principles of energy-efficient construction, consistent with a minimalist modern aesthetic.
Habitat for Humanity, Vermont
In 2017, Partel collaborated with Chris Miksic from Montpelier Construction and other local architects in order to build a low energy PH home that provides stable low energy bills, year-round comfort, and healthy IOC. Vara Plus membrane was used on interior to achieve ideal airtightness.
